Flange Top Cartridge Filters: Square, rectangular or round flange top cartridge filters. Galavanized or stainless steel construction. Manufactured to fit a wide variety of OEM designs including Farr®, Wheelabrator®, Bact® and may others. Cartridges can be manufactured with wet laid. spun bond or needled felt media, in full continuous lengths up to 60". A wide assortment of gaskets. Operating temperatures from abient to 400° F.

Torit® Style Cartridge Filters: Replacement cartridge for most Torit dust collectors. High quality durable filters made to meet or exceed OEM specifications for Torit model TD, VS, MTD, Downflo, RVS, and Downflo II dust collectors. Sizes range from 8" to 16" in diameter and can be provided in a variety of media styles uo to 80" in length.

 

Gas Turbine Inlet Filters: TDC Filter is the nation's leading supplier of replacement inlet filters for gas turbines. Replacement filters are available for Donaldson®, Farr®, American Air Filter®, Pneumafil® and other housing manufacturers. All filters can be made in extended lengths for enhanced performance and can be supplied with pre-filters to increase service life. Cylindrical and conical filters can be made with 100% cellulose, 100% synthetic and combination fiber blends for difficult operating conditions.

Minipleat V-Bank Panel Filters: Developed for fine dust environments and recognized worldwide as the most proven and reliable high technolgy air filters on the market. Yhe TDC minipleat system is cost effective and highly efficient. It provides longer fiber life with lower replacement and maintenance cost. TDC minipleat filters feature direction media for front or reverse mount installation.

Pocket Filters: Used as primary or secondary filters in some powder paint systems. TDC pocket filters display superior dust-holding capacity. Other applications include heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems. Ultrasonic welding of seams eliminates the potential leakage of dust through needle and stitch holes and maximizes the efficiency and performance.

 

HEPA Filters: Provide an "absolute" barrier for process venting. These DOP-rated filters allow air to be re-circulated into the workplace. Applications include powder paint systems, hospitals, pharmaceutical manufacturing, laboratories, automotive and electronic manufacturering plants, where absolute rigidity is required to prevent media oscillation.

 

Pleat+Plus® Metal DSS: Replace conventional filter bags and cages with pleated filter elements. Higher efficiency of pleated spun bond polyester media combined with expanded collection surface area can significantly increase baghouse operating performance. Sonic welding eliminates dust leakage through seams, wide and shallow pleat design for easier cleaning and maximum airflow capacity. Temperature up to 275° F. Will fit any conventional top load tubesheet.

Pleat+Plus® Urethane: Reduce labor costs by eliminating time associated with installation of filter bags for bottom removal baghouse systems.Design eliminates assembly of multiple components. Pleated high efficiency spun bond polyester media expands collection surface and reduces operating pressure drop. All Pleat+Plus filter are available in designs for high vacuum applications. 200° F is the maximum operating temperature.

 

Therno+Plus™: Pleated filter elements operating in continuous temperature up to 3 75° F. Proprietary design includes all-weld construction, dual interlocking bottoms and pleat-anchored bonding. Available in Aramid and Ryton® media, with or without PTFE membrane.

 

Panel Filters: Used as primary filters in some powder spray booths, these filters effectively remove dust particles and waste paint materials from the workplace environment. The high efficiency melt-blown glass and synthetic fibers are ideal for use in heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems as primary or secondary filters. Custom-made components are available including stainless steel or vinyl coated metal housings.

Dust Collector Accessories: Complete line of replacement accessories for dust collectors and baghouses. Replacement parts include: diaphragm valves, diaphragm kits and solenoids for both ASCO and Goyen valves, Magnehelic and Photohelic gauges for monitoring of pressure drop. Cartridge prefilters, crank arms, gaskets, centering brackets, clamps, and replacement cartridge flanges.

Leak Seeker®: Eliminate the guesswork in dust collector inspection, significantly reduce your maintenance time and cost. prevent dust collector failure by using Leak Seeker after each filter change. Make sure that the dust collector is sealed properly. Unlike diluted products, TDC high-strength dry pigment compound (available in four fluorecent colors) is ideal for penetrating pleat depth and works extremly well with cartridge filters.

Pre-Kote®: Specially formulated conditioner that enhances the performance of filter cartridges. It creates a highly permable, protective layer on the surface of the filter media. This protective layer increases initial efficiency to over 99,99%, improves cake release and results in longer filter life. Pre-Kote is used in applications where moisture or oil are present. Moisture and oil are detrimental to the performance of filters as they cause plugging of the media.
