A Common sense design!

Baskets, when stacked, rest all along the top perimeter, providing overall sidewall structural support. They interlock with each other, preventing the sidewall from distorting in or out, and feature complete perimeter support just like the old style mig-welded baskets, but at a substantial savings in labor.

Less expensive, but well proven pressure welding is used, providing for a competitively priced product. In most situations, baskets will stack with the competition.

Available in SS304, SS330, Inconel 600, and HR120.

"Cooley Hybred" Baskets

Cooley can duplicate a competitor’s design for stacking and compatibility purposes,
although we offer something a little extra. By using the combination of our
successful design with that of theirs, we then create a “Cooley Hybrid”. With the
addition of the radius width bars we will obtain greater support and the interlocking will

Weaved Wire Cloth

The standard meshes are 2m.120 & 4m.080. Space cloth is available.
Liners, screens, or rolls. Specialty designed mesh fixturing is available.
